Frequently asked questions
What MIIN is, what it costs, what makes a review verified, and how booking a Korean clinic works.
About MIIN
What is MIIN?
MIIN is a global beauty-medical matching platform. You compare aesthetic procedures and clinics in Korea — prices, doctors, and reviews from people who had the treatment — and request a consultation in one of five languages.
Is MIIN a clinic?
No. MIIN is a platform, not a medical institution. Every treatment is performed by the Korean clinic you choose, and your medical care is between you and that clinic.
What does MIIN cost?
Nothing for you. No payment is taken on MIIN — you pay the clinic directly at your visit. Clinics pay MIIN to list and promote their treatments.
What makes a review verified?
A verified review can only be written by someone whose appointment the clinic confirmed as completed through MIIN. It must be written within 90 days of the visit, and there can be only one review per visit.
Can I use MIIN from outside Korea?
Yes. MIIN is built for international patients: browse and request consultations in Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese or Vietnamese, with prices shown in your local currency where the clinic has set them.

Most procedures don't require fasting, but avoid makeup/lenses and wear comfortable clothes.
